I like the way the 9th district is drawn on this map. It keeps the 9th west of the mountains.

While there's a lot to like about this map, I'm a little confused about the choices it makes in NoVA. It makes much more sense to me to put Tyson's Corner in District 10 with the rest of the Dulles Technology Corridor than Centreville and the western part of McLean. Bleeding District 11 past the 495 beltway is also a rather odd decision.

This is one of the better maps I have seen. Instead of making Charlottesville/Albemarle as a part of Richmond, this is a fresh look at the communities of interest, that show a relationship between Cville/Albemarle and Greene, Madison, and Waynesboro.
